====== Patrick Harpes ======

Since 1992 Patrick Harpes  is research engineer for the Resource Center Santec of the public Research Center Henri Tudor. During this time he has been involved as developer an project manager in different projects of the center.  In the HealthNet Luxembourg project (The Luxembourgish national wide Intranet for health professionals), he was responsible to setup the basic network architecture, to established the security policies, and to setup  necessary technical equipment to  achieve this policies.
In other projects like EDDRA (European Drug and Drug Addiction Action) and Wallace (Walferdange Laboratory Acquisition Equipment) project, he was responsible for the development of databases, dynamic web-servers, data acquisition systems and low level device driver for the GNU/Linux system.
Actually he is involved as main developer of the Luxembourg Heart failure project. In this project he is responsible for the development of the embedded home monitoring system as well as for developing the databases and graphical front ends.
