Optimage is an open source software developed specifically to facilitate constancy control in radiology. The Optimage software allows users to perform quality control checks on several different modules (Digital Mammography, CT Scan A, MRI, X-ray and Nuclear). The software has a robust reporting feature and works with all major operating systems. Monitor-IT S.A. is a spin-off company developed to create custom telemedicine solutions. Its first commercially available product will be a home based monitoring system for patients who suffer from congestive heart failure. For more information about the project please click HERE.

GECAMed is an open source software solution for managing medical office and patient data. Developed in close collaboration with local physicians, GECAMed delivers a multi-user application with customizable profiles (Physician, Secretary, Administrator) combined with a multi-lingual user interface (DE,FR,EN). Because GECAMed is open source, there are no license fees and local IT support vendors can easily configure the software. Freegate is an open source Enterprise Application Integration(EAI)software for use specifically in the health care sector. EAI software platforms are used for the transmission and monitoring of different types of data which normally reside in large organizations and is critical for efficient hospital operations. The MENSSANA project has developed ICT solutions to support patient's that suffer from food allergies. The project team has developed software that will support the diagnosis of food allergies via an electronic patient diary and a desktop medical records system. MENSSANA has also developed a food product database containing the ingredients of food available in Luxembourg and other parts of Europe The project team is currently performing a clinical trial comparing patients who are using the IT system to conventionally treated food-based allergy patients.
