Using Optimage

Optimage does not load any modules?

Check the modules folder of your Optimage installation. If there are no modules, re-install Optimage. If there are modules of various version delete all, which do not correspond to the version number of your installation.

On Windows Vista and Windows 7 the writing permissions are disabled for the users, so the Optimage can not save its database and configuration to the Optimage folder. To solve this give the users writing rights to the Optimage folder and its sub-folders.

Reporting

The graph of one value is not printed in the report over time, but the values are printed in the tables section after the diagrams?

This causes in infinite results stored in the database. To solve this issue you can correct the result, or erase the calculation result only directly in the database.
